Erin and Sam
My friend Erin from high school and her husband Sam made the trip from Tri-Cities to check out our new house and have dinner with us. I took Jeremy to meet them last year and with the wedding and life, our schedules had gotten so busy that we hadn't had time to get together again until now.
We had a wonderful time and dinner turned out great. Everyone oohed and ahhed over dinner and we were even able to sit at our new table. They were given the official tour of the house and then we sat down to chat and laugh.
Next time it is our turn to head their direction.
Thank you Erin and Sam for a great visit!

First ever 200 bowling game!
Bowling a 200 game had always eluded me somehow...until this night. The closest I had come was a 198.
I tried to not get too excited when I got four strikes in a row. I knew I was doing good when I was either throwing a strike or getting a spare whenever I was up. My score was getting up there but I didn't want to look until I was absolutely sure I was over 200. I had two frames to go and found out I had finally accomplished it! Jeremy told me to finish with gusto and blow the score out of the water. So...I did just that and got a final score of 232!!!
They even announced my name over the intercom and everyone congratulated me. I was so ecstatic that I had them print off that last game so I could keep it.
Now I must continue to strive to get that again....someday....hopefully...

Cousin Tony home!
My cousin Tony has been in Iraq serving our country for 6 months and was able to come home for his two week leave. I was able to make the trip with my parents who graciously waited till Sunday to drive over to Seattle so I could go with them.
My cousin Lisa (Tony's mom) put on a spectacular party with lots of yummy food. Lots of people stopped by to say hi, some stayed on for most of the day and others were in and out.
I still couldn't believe my cousin has grown up. I remember when he used to stay with us for a couple of weeks during the summer. He followed me around everywhere and held my hand as he fell asleep in the bed right next to me. Oh...those were the days, what fond memories. Now he is this giant 6'3" man with muscles! I guess they do have to grow up someday.
We will continue to pray for you Tony as you finish out your year duty. Love you!

Dining Room Table
So...Jeremy and I were in Tri-Cities February 9th, the day before my birthday. We were there for a dentist appt and then randomly I decided we should go to Furniture Row to look at dining room tables. Mom was able to come with us and we walked right over to our favorite we had already picked out. None of the other ones held a candle to it. It's a tall square table with eight chairs. Now we can have dinner parties galore!
It took three weeks to get shipped and Jeremy and I were excited to finally pick it up! We started opening boxes once we got home and putting it together.
I LOVE IT!
